| FESTIVAL SAFETY GUIDELINES |
Above all, please keep an eye on each
other and respect everyone in the Berkfest community.
This way we can all help make the festival a safe and
peaceful event for people of all ages to enjoy! Security,
medical personnel, and event staff will be available to
assist you at all times, so please don’t hesitate
to seek their help if needed.
ALL LUGGAGE, COOLERS, AND OTHER CONTAINERS WILL BE
SUBJECT TO SEARCH prior to boarding the shuttle buses
from the parking lots and upon entering the Music Meadow
from the campgrounds.
The following items will not be allowed anywhere
on the festival grounds (this includes both parking
lots). Anyone possessing these items will be asked to
forfeit them and possibly asked to leave the event: |
No Pets – We will have
local Kennel information available on the website soon.
This space will book up fast, so please plan on leaving
your pets at home.
No Glass Bottles/Containers
No Nitrous Tanks
No Open Fires (including tiki torches)
No Fireworks
No Firearms or Weapons of any kind
No Controlled Substances |
| The following items will not
be permitted inside the music meadow. Anyone
possessing these items will be asked to return to their
campsite or forfeit them: |
No Aluminum Cans
No Coolers
No Tall Chairs please bring only low-back chairs that do not block
the view of others. |

| Unauthorized vending is not permitted at Berkfest. Violators
will be ejected from the festival. All vending vehicles will be subject to searches. |

Please obey all federal,
state & local laws regarding controlled substances
and alcohol. This will be strictly enforced. |

Anyone consuming alcohol
must obtain a wristband at the beer garden with a valid
driver’s license, passport, or non-driver ID. Underage
drinking is strictly prohibited. |

Camp stoves are allowed
only in the designated areas. No open flames! |
 |
All personal belongings
must be removed from the concert areas (Music Meadow,
Late-Night Lodges, etc.) at the conclusion of each night's
performances. |

The unauthorized reproduction
of any audio and visual recordings, logos and images will
not be permitted and will be confiscated. Violators may
be asked to leave the event. |
Please respect the environment.
There are recycling stations and garbage cans everywhere.
If you run out of trash bags, any Clean Vibes crew member
will be happy to give you more.

By purchasing a ticket to the 2003 Berkshire Mountain
Music Festival, you agree to abide by the above guidelines. |
